You start out with 5. You also get to distribute 5 points yourself as you wish.
HP- 1 (Increases Stamina/Endurance)
Speed- 1 (Increases Speed/Dodging potential)
Strength- 1 (Increases Strength/Destructive potential)
Defense- 1 (Increases Defense/Blocking potential)
Energy- 1 (Increases the potency/power of energy attacks)

Attacks: (One Max) An attack is a technique or a specially named 'move' one does for damage or protection. Ex.- Kamehameha wave from Dragonball Z

Abilities: (Two Max) An ability is a movement, action, or anything out of the ordinary that a person can do. Ex- Flying, Farting out fire, Ect. Please choose one racial ability and one unique ability. If you aren't sure if it is something that might be accepted, you may put up to four or five. We will decide which ones to go with for you to make it easier.
